There's an auto repair shop I'll likely have to send my truck to called "Papa's". It's owner is, and most employees are, Hispanic. Talking to myself (don't act like you don't), I accidently called it "Pepe's" (does that make me racist?), and now I'm worried I'll make the same in front of them (which will definitely seem racist).
